DWC New Club guidelines

No Downtown Women's Club chapter in your area?  Feel free to start one.

However, we recommend checking out the DWC New Club forum to see if one's been starting in your area and to post your intentions.  Then we have additional guidelines here:

While many clubs start simply by email distribution lists, we recommend checking out online tools like Yahoo Groups, Google Groups and Meetup.com to better organize and attract new members.  If you are more ambitious and want to take a go at setting up a website via Microsoft Office Live (for free), we have included some guidelines and content below.  Please note that we cannot provide any technical support for your online groups and website. 

Whatever tools you use, we would appreciate links back to the main Downtown Women's Club website (http://www.downtownwomensclub.com).  That way it will provide you with some legitimacy from the get-go and makes it easier for us to send you people, too!
